CETA (Creating Empowerment through Autonomy) Foundation Inc., is a non-profit organization established in 2004 for at risk communities.
 
We believe that empowerment eliminates dependency.  Our objective is to focus on the importance of education, assist with developing an attainable skill-set, restore the fundamental sense of self respect, love, self -esteem and personal dignity perhaps lost in transit from unfortunate environmental life cycles. CETA, Creating Empowerment Through Autonomy focused on breaking through generational setbacks in economically challenged communities. The founder Lola Robinson launched CETA in 2004 while working with Orange County Youth and Family Services, in Orlando Florida. Her dedication to philanthropic endeavors coupled with her ability to reach the unreachable is the driving force behind the success of the organization.

The reach of the organization is dynamic the goal is to stay in touch with the pulse of our future. To assist with this aspect the board members consist of; President- Steve Baggs son and professional football player, Vice President, Devin Baggs son and professional song writer/singer, Treasurer Perry Robinson, Executive Director Colby Cannon her nephew producer/song writer. All ranging from the age of 19-35 everyone on the board has a commitment to give back!

We offer programs such as Project STEP -Striving for Excellence Through better Performance. It is an incentive program for students with failing GPA’s and Standardized scores.  We offer health seminars, financial workshops, Sports Clinics and Mentorship/Leadership Workshops and life skills...
